As we look forward to a new year full of hope and promise to do better for ourselves and others it is also a time for reflection.

So here I share my Heart and Soul with you the only way I know how. Through music. Over some 45 years my love of music has taken me on many journeys through the rich evolution of Soul and all it's related genres. At Christmas however I always come home which for me is that Old Skool Connoisseurs sound often described as Steppers, Rare Groove, Sweet Soul, Low Rider, Crossover etc... As much as I love other sounds and styles from the 60s to Contemporary Soul and all tempos this is my core and grounding. It was not my first love but most definitely my true love. This is the music I return to time and time again for peace, comfort, solace...my sanctuary.

I have just posted two shows one from last summer during lockdown and one from New Years Day which are the epitome of the music I feel the most that reaches deep into my soul. The heart and passion that goes into the music is like no other.

I hope it reaches you as it does me. It is so much more than what you hear it is music you can feel.

All the music played from OG Vinyl. The audio has then been lovingly and meticulously restoured to give maximium pleasure. A mixture of Classics, Rareities and Obscurities. Hopefully you will find something new in the batch as there are plenty of lesser known gems. These are just a small selection of some of my favourites over the years as well as more recent discoveries.
