Stunning ballad that’s still slightly under the radar although signs are this will be a big ticket item before long as it’s last Discogs sale was £296 and last eBay outing achieved an incredible £357 and that was only Vg+. Flip is one of Stafford’s finest, Keb’s former Jimmy Georgetowns c/up a crossover masterpiece that sounds as fresh today as it did almost 40 years ago. Gorgeous like new copy.

Helene Smith - True Love Don’t Grow On Trees (Deep City) Mint- £225 Sold 

A simply breathtaking slab of dramatic deep with a beat. With the exception of ‘Pot’ this is easily her hardest 45 on a label renowned for difficult to obtain monsters. Still seems pretty unknown to most which is a surprise given its quality. A rare opportunity to obtain a deliciously rare, stunningly good 45 in near perfect condition (believe me it looks like it’s never been played!
