I saw that Walter and Sis. Was thinking about having a punt on it then forgot. I nearly coughed up my dinner when I saw what it went for! £150 usually. Nice 'un Mark.

i know jordi could'nt beleive it myself when i got the you have won email from ebay and saw the price, it is one of those records that i have always wanted but was not willing to pay too much for, and i did'nt.

Mel and Tim "Free for all" from Oxfam Records in Headingley for £1.50 last November, which didn't feel all that lucky until I read someone say he'd flogged one for sixty quid. It is a UK copy, though.

Picked up a nice original copy of Jimmy Hughes's 'Why Not Tonight' album for $18 on Ebay recently.

Sorry Pikey, was away from the pc for a short while.

Certainly is a fine album, side two especially .I prefer his version of Slippin' Around now too. I wasn't so sure when i first heard it a couple of years back on the 'After Hours 3' cd but it just grew & grew on me, so couldn't pass up the chance of getting the vinyl release.

Had a bit of good fortune on the album front recently, managed to pick up two lovely Canadian issues of James Brown's 'Excitment' & 'Think' fairly cheaply too, both in great condition.

Turns out I did last month Bobby Womack - So many sides of you - UK Tamla Motown with Pic Sleave £16

One on here at the mo at £100 And JM Sold one for more

Theres a specal eddition 12 incher with 2 other songs on it by differant artists and I carnt remember them, but ime sure its a limited run of about 200 if I rember right, is this the one youve got ??

$46 for a record of this quality in M- is a realy good buy.

I've just picked up Louis Jones "Thats cuz I love you" Decca $50 very pleased with that. I was the only bidder which I did think was a bit odd ?

Had this LP a while back, which has most of the Expo 45's & the Kack 45 on it. Good LP, was unsure if slightly different versions of some of the songs, but in the end thought just different mixes. Sold to a mate as had most of the tunes I wanted on 45.

Asked on here if anybody knew anything about the LP with no response. I wonder if it was 70's/80's pressing?

I bought about 20 records in 1999 from a record shop in Gulfport, Mississippi when on a

record trip. The records totalled approx $200-00 when it was time to pay, the guy in the

shop was so pleased he said two of the records, which were VG condition I could have for

FREE. I said thanks and then left for something to eat...

oh did I not tell you, one of the FREE records was....
