original is moulded label not paper if i remember rightly

My copy is Vinyl with "U 4KM-0901 - -1 A" Stamped in the Vinyl.

There is the Styrene DEMO Scan on this Link and the owner stated that it is rarer than the Vinyl & I agree.

However the Vinyl DEMO isn't easy.

Can you all confirm this once and for all? Are vinyl ISSUE copies originals then?, and was it only bootlegged once on the Laurie label?
