From the highly collectable and prolific, albeit scarce, Designer label out of Memphis comes this fabulous dance floor destroyer. Lo-fi, funky edged gospel soul that’s been a popular play for some of Europe’s finest in recent years. Was a £400 record at one point and although it’s price has dropped it remains a very hard to find 45.

Shades of Sound - Dear Baby (Stone Lady) Mint- £150

Monster rare, under the radar, funky edged banger that’s had some exposure in Europe and is finally getting some action thanks to some of the more forward thinking DJs in the UK. Fewer than 10 copies have gone through eBay and Discogs and none to my knowledge in this sort of condition, it’s still in its company birth sleeve! Rarity alone should make this a £300 record and once word gets out price can only rise.
