Guest Posted February 6, 2007 Posted February 6, 2007 I Just Love A Really Good Dramatic Track... Like Say Tommy Hunts "I'll Make You Happy", Jimmy Radcliffe's "My Ship Is Comin' In" or Roy Hamilton's "The Panic Is On" (MGM)! Sheer Brilliance! When I'm In One Of These Moods. The_Panic_Is_On.mp3

The_Panic_Is_On.mp3 One of my fav. tracks of all time.... also, flip it over for a blinding version of "There She Is" beats baby Washington for me, Love Jimmy's version of "My Ship" too! (best version for me) and again flip it over for the outstanding "Goin Where The Loving Is" steve
Guest Posted February 7, 2007 Posted February 7, 2007 So True! GWTLI Doesn't Come Close To Getting Enough Spins... Perhaps It Will Get A Release On A Jimmy Radcliffe Package Aye?
Guest Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 Holy Crap! Didn't Even Notice This Until Playing Another Scratchy Acetate But I Found Yet Another Alternate Version Of "My Ship Is Comin' In" (Not The One On The CD) With Slightly Different Vocal Phrasing But Just As Passionate With The Backing Vocals Higher In The Mix. This One Must Have Been Done After Jimmy Had Already Done A Few Takes Because The First Time He Sings My Ship Is Comin In It Is As Intense As The Climax In The Middle Of The Released Version!. It Has One Skip In It Though. The Flip Sounds Like The Released Version Of "Goin' Where The Lovin' Is"
