Big, big demand on this one currently and seen at £100 a few times recently. A double sided group harmony lowrider 45, top side is gorgeous ballad, flip is a mid tempo number that’s picking up plays here in the UK and in Europe so I’m told. Price is gonna rise on this one, a bargain double header.

Mystic - That’s The Kind Of Love (A.R.T) Vg+ £65

In demand, gorgeous late ‘70s/early’80s take of their now very expensive Teako lowrider 45. Unknown to many but rising in demand and price, one going through eBay this week in the US for around $150. Expect this one to rise in value it’s just as, if not rarer than the Teako 45.

Wyle Dixon and The Wheels - Sad Time/I Guess I Love You (Jerma) Mint- £40 (some discolouration to label and WOL on one side see image) 

Under the radar, street level sweet soul on its significantly rarer first issue. Lowrider demand has been growing steadily with the last couple of second issues on Conduc (credited as ‘Sad Times’) that I’ve had flying out at 40 quid. This also has the far superior flip, an otherwise unavailable R&B dancer just waiting for plays. A rare find in superb condition.
