It is a hard one. I had about 4 or 5 copies from Neil Rushton a few years back that he had in his lock up since the 70's and they flew out like shit off a shovel. They came in with a batch of Larry Houstons from Philly at the time. I think it was played at the Mecca but I've never heard of a 45 though. It's a cracker of a tune, especially when it drops down to the killer groove a third of the way through. Jordi

Jordi Not aware of it actually being played at the Mecca Jordi, (It is from the same stable as James Bynum's "Time Passes By" however, so it's possible...) I believe I first heard it played by Sam at the old Birmingham Locarno 70's sessions C.1981/2. The record seems a bit amateurish at first until, as you rightly say, it starts cooking - then afterwards you can't stop singing it for days! Edited February 4, 2007 by mel brat
Sebastian Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 (edited) Seriously hypnotic tune and gets in your head very easily. Sounds like a bunch of people having a party who suddenly decided to go out in the garage and cut a disco record live to 2-track. I love it! Here it is together with its original heavy metal-looking sleeve: Edited February 5, 2007 by Sebastian

One went on ebay a few weeks, I didn't know its value and bid too low so I missed it Good luck, remember me if you find two Dolly
