Delwands - This Time (I’m Gonna Win)/Marsha and The Delwands - No Hope, No Faith (Zudan) Vg+ (some label wear see images below) £125 Sold 

Hard one with demand growing for both sides. I remember putting ‘This Time’ on CDs for people as an semi/unknown some 13 years ago or so with little interest, despite a £30 price tag at the time. Fast forward to 2021 and it’s one the hottest lowrider 45s around with copies rarely being offered for sale and prices rising at an alarming rate (Mint- copy on one well known dealers site currently at £200). Flip is a fantastic semi-know northern dancer that’s never really had its day , finally getting some plays thanks to Callum Simpson.

N Group - Words Of Love/Keep On Runnin’ (Wes Mar) Ex £45 Sold 

Infectious, under the radar, blue eyed lowrider that will be as expensive as the Egyptians or Castaways once it’s more widely known by those collectors. Flip is a seemingly forgotten Dean Anderson c/up from the days of Stafford with plenty of mileage left in it. Not easy to find these days and growing in demand.

Valdons - Whatcha Gonna Do/Stop, Wait A Minute Girl (Secret Stash Yellow 1st Issue) Ex £30 

First, yellow press from 2013 of these two previously unissued monsters. ‘Stop’ needs no real introduction having been a massive play since it’s release 8 years ago and at one point these were changing hands for two or three times this price. Flip is lowrider heaven that has passed many people by thanks to the focus on ‘Stop’, if you haven’t heard it okay it, you’ll be hooked.

Invincibles - Keep On Trying/Nobody (Double Shot) Vg++ £30

A gorgeous double helping of group harmony, topside is well regarded lowrider 45, but it’s the flip that does it for me - funky, hard edged and getting some well deserved turntable action at some of the more upfront venues thanks to those in the know.
