Guest Paul Posted February 3, 2007 Posted February 3, 2007 I only have one thing to say... First of all, it isn't a rare album. Secondly, it isn't so difficult to shrink-wrap an old LP. Fourthly, there could be any old LP inside that cover And thirdly, sorry there is no thirdly. Finally, to sum up with just one word ...WHAT'S GOING ON??? Paul Mooney Maths Student
Supercorsa Posted February 3, 2007 Posted February 3, 2007 How would you know if it was different to this one at buy it now price of $10.99 ? >> click here <<
Guest TONY ROUNCE Posted February 3, 2007 Posted February 3, 2007 It would serve the dickhead who won it right if curiosity got the better of them one day and he or she opened it to find they had an 'F' condition Boney M LP in the package, re-shrinkwrapped. As Paul says, it isn't so difficult to re-shrinkwrap an old album. And as Girth says, it's not that good anyway (only I'm being serious and I don't think he is...). Well, OK, so bits of it are, but only 'bits'.... Just think what a he or she could have boought with that money... TONE

Definitely a case of a very high profile listing going berzerk......and if you check all the other LPs he was listing, I don't think there was any doubt that it was an originally sealed first press. He had a alot of really nice & rare original albums, a right mix of genre's & classic artists, most in brilliant condition and most importantly, all listed at the same time. Just look at the counter - over 3000 hits on it. Have a look at some of the other LPs he sold..at prices way over what you would normally expect. Girf

Catriona Posted February 3, 2007 Posted February 3, 2007 Oh Tony.....you made me speechless! He/ she could of bought everything M G made on redigitalised reissue cd s for perfect quality sound and listened to them constantly while repeating the mantra Marvin Gaye is wonderful. You are a bad man catriona (listening to St Etienne The Trip for Marvin's Symphony .......lovely!!!!!!!!!)
Guest TONY ROUNCE Posted February 3, 2007 Posted February 3, 2007 ...Far as I'm concerned, he peaked with the "That's The Way Love Is" album. Now that IS one hell of a record - and from start to finish, too... TONE

What's Going On is a bona fide masterpiece by anybody's standards, which gets even more lyrically relevant as the years go by, (unfortunately)
