Funnily enough I've just put the Billy Sha-Rae in my play box. Kind of average funk, but it makes pretty good northern IMO.

It's not bad at all James, picked up a copy recently for a fiver which was nice!

I reckon it'd go down fairly well in NS circles, would make a change from hearing September Jones for the zillionth time also.

Played it at a couple of venues last year - went down like a lead balloon.

Yep. Heard it out a few times in the past. Dancefloor killer. Great record, but definitely not dancefloor friendly. At least not in the past anyway.
