Heres a few...!!

NATE CALHOUN - "Have Some Of Me" (GLADES) 1980

Fantastic ballad. One of the best of it's time I reckon. Buy it and see!

Some great stuff there!

Has anyone mentioned Nate Calhoun's male vesion of 'Jazz Freak' ?

Quality and nearly as good as the classic Paulette Reeves orig imho

Cheers

Steve

Sadly, I sold the Jewel Bass in 1989 (yet ANOTHER dumb move on my part! - Is same as David Ruffin on first WB album for those who don't know) Haven't heard the Jeanette Holloway side... Name and label sound good though...

Rumpus is fantastic although wish there were a tom moulton extended 12" of this where that wonderful piano kicks in...tremendous stuff

wish i had the j p robinson..........awesome.........

just what tubs on here said to me when we got this record.

said, must be a 12" around where the singing comes back after the piano breaks.

the other day i found on a site that only 2 12" were ever released on dash.

rumpus wasnt 1 off them.
