I believe there are many different original press/label colours & boots though. Sorry I can't help, but would be Interested to know the different issues, Original etc.
January 31, 200718 yr werent the boots pressed in the uk and had push out centres which if you look closely you can see small points in the vinyl where they were pushed out?

They were pressed up with pop-out middles - the same as UK records from the 60s, then they were popped out leaving the indentations where the centre used to be. (Stuart Ames was done at the same time/place). Original came in three or four different colours...will try and scan mine later.
