Two values needed please

Looking for the current value on the following two 45's in the given condition they're in, I'm a little out of touch these days so any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Sound files and pics are from the discs needing value .

Gladys Bruce Standing In The Need Of Love DiVenus.....Standing in the need of love sides grades at least VG++ and plays really nice all the way through, the flipside (The night you left me) however visually grades the same but plays with static all the way through.

The Exceptional Three Un Lucky Girl Way Out........ The 45 grades  G+ or better . Despite the low grade both sides play right through with no skips or jumps, there are some clicks and crackle on both sides but mostly on the What about me side. The record is still enjoyable to listen to.
