It's his version of "Stand By Me", released as Cassius Clay in 1964 on UK CBS and US Columbia. There's also a UK LP "I Am The Greatest!" (BPG 62274), released 1963 or 1964. Unfortunately, the LP is completely taken up with comedy sketches and spoken word, apart from "Stand By Me", which appears to be the only music cut on the whole LP.
