Popular Post Winsford Soul Posted November 4, 2021 Popular Post Posted November 4, 2021 (edited) A few from today at Pennington Flash. First visit for a while and i was more than pleasantly surprised to see a beautiful but quite scarce Winter visitor to Pennington. Whooper Swans (22 ) , they have flown from the Artic, Greenland etc to spend the milder Winters here in the UK. You get plenty on the coast but not that often further inland, there where only three Juveniles with this particular flock so i hope its not a sign of a bad breeding season further North and they are so wary .
