Martyn Pitt Posted December 14, 2020 Posted December 14, 2020 He is having a laugh ... I would expect postage to be included at that price 3
Speedlimit Posted December 14, 2020 Author Posted December 14, 2020 I'd want it to be a gold disc with a Grammy and free postage
Tomangoes Posted December 14, 2020 Posted December 14, 2020 If it sells...the seller is guaranteed a lovely year, never mind day.. Ed 3

Tomangoes Posted December 15, 2020 Posted December 15, 2020 I mean if I did buy it now...would I want a ten grand disc being posted for 20 bucks? I know Bill passed away in March, but I cant see this becoming a rare collector item anytime soon. Ed

The guy has sold his copy or copies. As it's so common he knows he'll get more. So, rather than close his listing he has adjusted the price to something that no one will possibly bid on. When he gets another copy he will re-adjust to a proper price and will have saved himself the bother or cost ( guessing here as I don't sell) of opening another listing. Happens a fair bit on eBay, but not so much with vinyl sales. I gave a similar answer to Julian B's thread recently so maybe it's something we'll be seeing more of. - Kev
