I got this record about a year ago - and then just saw someone selling a lookalike "re-issue" on their website. How can you tell the two apart?

Thanks!

Orig is styrene

Somebody new has stamped ZTSC97530-1A

Here comes Summer stamped ZTSC 97531-1A

No idea what boot is like apart  from yellow.

Perfect. Thanks!

Great song by the way. The more I listen to it, the more it grows on me. Very subtle and classy track.

I had a lot of originals back in late 90's.

Dave Withers tracked down Massingille by looking in Detroit phone book. Think it might have been a relative rather than actual writer.

It is a pretty good boot all things considered but the matrix is scratched in not stamped

Such a big and very rare record back in the Stafford allnighter mid 80's era.

I remember it was round about a £1000 record back then!

I think it was Pat Brady who had it covered up. I can't remember what as?  Was it Lee Valentine or something like that?

Now that you talk about this 45. Original copies all seem to have a little jump by the end or is it a recording problem? What do you think?

Yes,you are right, mine is the same...

I thought the boot had "Disc Jockey, Not For Sale" on it (perhaps it was booted more than once ?)
