Guest Shufflin Posted February 9, 2020 Posted February 9, 2020 considering it's at least £800 for an original then: if it's a collector then obviously thick, or it's someone who knows it's a repro but has to have it on vinyl, most likely a DJ who wants one to play out??
Mod Life Crisis Posted February 9, 2020 Posted February 9, 2020 Original went on eBay for £702 tonight. Repros have been selling for between £100-150 over the past few months, marked up as re-issues. At least the one today was clearly marked up as a reproduction.
Guest Shufflin Posted February 9, 2020 Posted February 9, 2020 they got a good price must be either DJ's who aren't bothered about OVO or conned punters
Sebastian Posted February 10, 2020 Posted February 10, 2020 Total madness. These are carvers. ANYONE can make a carver for about £15 plus postage if it's that important to have a tune on 7" format. That two people pay £77 and £136 for these Turley Richards bootlegs boggles my mind. Same seller sold both of these: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Turley-Richards-I-feel-all-right-northern-soul-record-45-repro-/153818963550?hash=item23d0531e5e%3Ag%3A9ukAAOSwzVdeNt7a&nma=true&si=s1%2FtLFQQR6B9WK2hqknPSwJ4RAY%3D&orig_cvip=true&nordt=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557 https://www.ebay.com/itm/Turley-Richards-I-Feel-All-Right-Northern-Soul-45-Record-RE-/153785437307?hash=item23ce538c7b%3Ag%3Aq4UAAOSweHteELqZ&nma=true&si=s1%2FtLFQQR6B9WK2hqknPSwJ4RAY%3D&orig_cvip=true&nordt=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

Over played inflated price sound Ok that's good, I love to see people of our age hitting the floor but one question, and please don't give me to many to mention as an answer , What tune makes you stop everything and hit the floor like it's 1974 ?

Monny1916 Posted February 13, 2020 Author Posted February 13, 2020 Some nice tunes Tangeers beautiful how about Bobby Womack , home is , or oldie that sounds x over Bad Weather Inc another beauty, very seldom heard now , Stephen
Frankie Crocker Posted February 13, 2020 Posted February 13, 2020 A very good record, overlooked for decades. Big floorfiller in the last decade so demand has soared, as has the price. Got mine for £25 at the 100 Club in the Nineties. Yes, there are better records, but this up-tempo stormer is what it's all about. 2
