demo or issue ? as big difference in Rarity and price i would have thought, Suspect by description an issue

same as my own, seen one or two Demos but never had one but have to say they do look Nice !

£400 tops. Still in demand and value can only increase in future, but prospective buyers will hold out for less. This is one of the very best records and a keeper in my books. Sold my spare copy to Ady Croasdell for £30 back in the 90’s after finding a minter at Beverlys, Chicago for $3.

I'm not sure about that.

I can see 2 negatives for over-grading and a few times I've looked at his pics in the ad and thought that's never M-.
