From memory I think it was covered up as 'Jealousy' at the Casino.

Not 100% sure, but artist cover up may have been 'San Remo Orchestra'.

Last time I heard this played was in 2013 at a hotel in Egypt.  It was accompanying a light and fountain show outside the restaurant!  My face did this...... ......then this...........then this.......
