Please help identify "The grass is greener on the other side..."

Hi, could anyone tell me title/artist of the following.  Up tempo modern dancer, possibly late 70s.  Female and male leads sing alternate verses.  The male sings the chorus that goes "The grass is greener on the other side. / The course of love has made me realise / I'm the one with the real prize / this time."  Female backing singers are prominent throughout, interjecting "baby, baby" and responding to lines from the verses.
