David White R.I.P.

Philly studio supremo David White passed today, John Madara made the announcement.

David worked with loads of the top soul artists; Bobby Wells, Johnny Caswell, Bunny Sigler, Sweet Three, Cindy Scott, Tymes, Chubby Checker … right thru to the likes of Fat Larry's Band.  Another very sad loss.

I reckon we could go on all week with regard to "white/madera"/ "madera/white " productions.  There are so many that contributed to the soul scene.
