(Outstanding soulful vocals on this melancholy mid-tempo rarity.  One-off label release from Wilmington, Delaware, typifies the hard to find Northern obscurities, and coupled with a juicy beat ballad.  To look at, its Excellent, but Graded Excellent Minus for the odd light pop in feedback.  Labels have light ring wear, lightly penciled X on flip,  SO hard to find this in great condition, the few that have turned up are normally knackered)
