No. It was recorded in January of 1967 and as far as I can gather was finally released by The Motown Corporation on the album, Jimmy Ruffin, The Ultimate Motown Collection in 2003. The only thing I've ever found about this song never being released sooner, was the fact that it didn't fit into his profile at the time, and that Motown wanted to repeat the success they had with What Becomes Of The Broken Hearted. Whether that's correct or not is a matter of opinion, but it certainly makes sense.

You're both talking about the same thing! Both of you agree it was recorded in January of 1967( and published by Motown 

in February, 1967). You both agree it was released in 2003, the 2006 is part of the release # - 981 200 6 .
