I know that it originally had a Local release on St Clair. I had this prepared for the Saturday Instrumentals along with the Four Sharps, but did't post it. At the time I was wondering which was the first version. It has just been on the News that Joseph Barbera has died, it got me wondering; As it found It's way onto HBR, and it is an Instrumental, was It ever used or featured with any Cartoon/Animation at HBR. Doing a feature on specific labels, similar the recent Okeh thread, has already been suggested. I think it is a wonderful Idea, I discovered a few that I hadn't heard before, thanks to others who posted their favourite tracks. Edited December 20, 2006 by 45cellar

My intention in those days was to try for the DEMO & Stock Copy of everything I could afford. Where possible I post both, pleased that you like the double scans. I wish that I had bought other Darrow Fletcher as these are the only ones I have of his. As you quite rightly say, I don't think he made a bad record. Edited December 23, 2006 by 45cellar

45cellar Posted December 24, 2006 Posted December 24, 2006 (edited) Dont supose youve got a spare copy of either or both you want to sell, or anybody else for that mater Hi Miff I wish I had mate, I bought these from the main Soul Bowl list many years ago, The Adorables was on for one week and described as rare even back then. I don't know how many they had, but to appear on the Main list normally meant that they had a few copies, which obviously should mean that they are out there somewhere. I'm not sure why some Golden World numbers are harder to find than others. Some are harder on Stock Copy (Tamiko Jones for instance) and some harder on White DEMO Golden World along with others, Ric-Tic, Mirwood etc are labels that I would like one day to complete, but as time goes on I suppose I may be unsuccessful. I did buy spares on some titles, but not these unfortunately. Edited December 24, 2006 by 45cellar
