Guest Bearsy Posted December 8, 2006 Posted December 8, 2006 Does anyone know anything about a copy of Jackie Wilsons - Because of you. on a label called - the wax museum, thanks in advance Bearsy
Richard Posted December 8, 2006 Posted December 8, 2006 That would be a bootleg Original issue on Brunswick 45 and from the LP Beautiful Day
Supercorsa Posted December 8, 2006 Posted December 8, 2006 I've seen a few releases on this wax museum label listed on ebay recently. Seems to me, to be some sort of label for reissues/boots made in the US.
Guest Bearsy Posted December 8, 2006 Posted December 8, 2006 I thought as much but had never seen one before and it makes you wonder if it was something as a one off if you know what i mean. thanks all Bearsy
Supercorsa Posted December 8, 2006 Posted December 8, 2006 https://www.waxmuseum.net/ Godz I'm interested in the "Learn To Shag DVD" advertised on the site.
Guest Trevski Posted December 8, 2006 Posted December 8, 2006 Wax museum specialises mostly in 'beach' reissues. It is a record store out of Carolina. Saw copies of the Tropics "Hey you little girl" on wax Museum fetching £150 a few years ago. People thought they were second issues, but they are no better than Golmine, or Sevens stuff
Guest Bogue Posted December 8, 2006 Posted December 8, 2006 Going off on a tangent slightly, i notice there are lots of Northern album re-issues coming up on Ebay just lately, very hard to tell the difference from a just a picture so best to ask if the seller dosen't state it.
