THE AUDIO LATHE PO Box 5145 Eugene Ore. 97405 (in Red) Stamped SIDE A (in blue) WRITTEN ON (in pen).... Sweet Lover Fortson & Scott Stamped SIDE B (in blue) WRITTEN ON (in pen)....
