Tabs In Hospital

Just had the bad news that Soul Source member ,Tabs [ from Banbury ] is in hospital with a slight heart attack . I know a few people on here know him [ particularly Garv ] and will want to wish him a speedy recovery .He's only recently come back onto the scene and is really enjoying himself , and making loads of new friends .He was going to visit The 100 club on Sat , but that will have to wait until another time now . Good new folks ,Tabs is out of hospital , it wasn't a heart attack , but a virus which went to his heart , which isn't as bad apparently .I'm sure he'll tell you all about it when he gets back on here .Thanks for your kind messages tho' folks , Best Wishes , Eddie .

Hi everyone and thanks for all the kind wishes.

A scary and painful 5 days but basically I'm OK.

I'm feeling very tired and weak but as long as I'm sensible for the next 3 weeks there shouldn't be any long term problems.

It wasn't a heart attack but a viral infection which went straight at the heart.

The effects are the same though, i.e you think you are dying!

Won't bore you with the details but I've never had so much pain and I'm not a whinger usually!

The good news is I've stopped smoking and never going back.

This was not smoking related but I've had a warning.

I'll cast my vote in the smoking thread a a bit later!

Anyway all being well I'll be at the RSG Westcott on the 29Th, so hope to see some of you there.

Eddies my chauffer, so thanks for that.

Already spoken to Garv so thanks my friend.

Maverick, a top girl, hope to meet you someday.

Ganache - I'll have to check for stubble another day

Baz, I'll be on the PC a lot as I recuperate so ask if you have any techy questions.

Hi Tabs,Wishing you a speedy recovery.Did you get some discount for your Lou Rawls for your past generosity?No you didnt,because it didnt click in Mr Shrews head who you were and hes been told that hes even met you at an earlier point in his life.

Now comes the bad bit,I didnt click either until Mr.Shrew told me.Anyway,it would be great to meet up oneday if we middleaged alzheimer sieveheads can remember where.
