Guest Zane10
Hi folks, It was a blinder today, I thought. Shaun, your show goes from strength to strength so keep it up matey. Out of all the fantastic music you have played this year, it must have been hard to make a best-of, I'm sure you could have done it 5 times over, so in my opinion it just goes to show how strong your playlists are....... Particular favourites of mine today were: Lamont Dozier - Can't Get Off Until The Feeling Stops Soul Brothers Inc - I Saw Forever My Love Sensations Wild - Love Somebody, Love Someone The O'Jays - Now He's Home Fantastic Four - Let This Moment Last Forever Al Wilson - Be Concerned Lou Ragland - Understand Each Other Philadelphia Story - If You Lived Here, You'd Be Home Now I realise there are a lot of tracks there but you really hit the spot this morning! OK, here are the download links on megaupload - as normal, if there are any problems, please let me know. https://SRSSS30Dec07fullshow.notlong.com https://SRSSS30Dec07inparts.notlong.com When it comes, Happy New Year to you all. Guest Zane10
Well, we made it back home last night, having had a total blast in London again, as ever! Firstly, a massive thanks to Shaun from Fiona and me for letting us come and play scratchy old records on what must be one of the best soul shows going out anywhere across the world. It was great to spend time with you and Bridgette after the show. Next, a massive thanks to all the kind folks who called the studio, including the friendly madman with the fake Scottish accent asking for Donald Where's Yer Troosers! Apologies for the delay in posting the download links, but here they are on MegaUpload and, as normal, let me know if there are any problems. https://SRSSS03Feb08fullshow.notlong.com https://SRSSS03Feb08inparts.notlong.com We're very much looking forward to Olindo's show next week, this should really be a cracker. Also, we're really looking forward to bringing some scratchy old records to Morecambe in April - this will be a fantastic event and well done to Sean O'Connor for organising it! All the best, Zane & Fiona Link to comment Social source share
