Guest Posted May 24, 2018 Posted May 24, 2018 (edited) Some nice tunes played. O.T. Sykes, Bobby Thurston etc. Always liked the Tony Fox “Love let love and be loved” from the early 80’s when it was played at some all-nighters!(Clifton Hall?) It was said that it only came out on the LP, but I have been told that there is an original very rare 7” 45 in existence! Another Northern Soul myth or a true fact? Edited May 24, 2018 by Guest
urrrs Posted May 30, 2018 Author Posted May 30, 2018 Many thanks solidsoul. Like you, Clifton Hall was a trip I made a good few times (one long drive from London though) and remember one morning it was so bloody cold when we came out, jezzzz!!! As for the Tony Fox, I can honestly say I never heard that it was on a limited 7 release, but that said nothing would ever suprise me though, especally as we seem to have an amazing number of record detectives on our scene, they make Sherlock look like a novice haha. Thanks again my friend...
