Dave Nowell here. You may remember me and my many trips up to Falkirk and Bonnybridge etc during the Wigan days when I was living in Chorley, Lancs.

Surely there can't be more than one Una in the world who knows nutters like Jiggy and Avron, Sinclair, etc. Tommy Cockburn? Jackie Pritchard? Davie? Shug? Good old Hank? (God bless him). I hope you are the same person, coz I think I immortalised you in Soul Survivors and Too Darn Soulful.

By coincidence I was talking to Sinclair in the toilets at Stoke on New Year's Eve........but that's another story.

Be great to hear from you.....I think most of the Scots mob are doing Prestatyn in March.

Hi Dave!

Yes it's me, I was actually trying to get in touch with you at one point. As I had lost contact with everyone and no longer in the scene I wasn't even aware wether the book had been written or not. My husband Rob bought it for me as a present and it was a big surprise to see my story there. It's a good thing to have actually, my daughter thinks it's "heaps cool". So thanks alot for that.

I take it you are still part of the scene meeting up with Sinclair and co! We've got a good scene here, covers vast distances, only been going for the last year but having a ball! Met some people here who know you - Pete Fowler? And another Chorley person(forgot the name)

I hear from Tommy every now and then, he has stopped going to do's. And of course only within the last year, Avron, Mags after I met an Edinburgh guy at the national. I still keep in touch with Jean Duffy, she frequents Africa. Barbara married a detective and has three kids!

What about you? I heard you got married, are you living in Blackpool? So good to hear from you!

Yes Dave as you can see, you did immortalise me with the book, my friend Baz knows me as the girl from page 184! lol...actually everyone who comes to visit finds out pretty quickly!(That's the standing joke anyway) By the way Andrew and Fiona Nevan say hello.
