There’s a few on discogs - the album. The 45 is a little more difficult to track down. I’ve got one (the 45) somewhere - if you don’t hear back from me it means I can’t find it. 

Big spin back in the day - Clifton Hall and Cleethorpes Winter Gardens.

I got one but it’s going up and up hard to find usually 200+
