David Smith Posted February 18, 2018 Posted February 18, 2018 Just wondered if anyone had any thoughts on this. I picked this copy up cheap as an original. It has the right matrix numbers from what I can see but the Secret Agents side plays We Go Together rather than Secret Agents. I can't find any info about it being mis pressed so even tho it's a cheapie is it mis pressed or a boot? Anyone come across a copy like this. Thanks all. Dave
Davenpete Posted February 18, 2018 Posted February 18, 2018 I had a demo with we go together on it. Dx
Douglaschip Posted February 18, 2018 Posted February 18, 2018 I have the same issue copy with 'Secret Agents' playing as 'We go together'. Bought from Soul Bowl in about 1979 for 50p if I remember correctly. Adam. 1
David Smith Posted February 18, 2018 Author Posted February 18, 2018 Thanks for the replies guys. Looks like it could just be a mis press then. Cheers Dave.
Davenpete Posted February 18, 2018 Posted February 18, 2018 Think it was the first press actually. Dx
Guest Posted February 19, 2018 Posted February 19, 2018 (edited) Mirwood 5504 is the first press. “We go together” coupled with “Secret Agents” Mirwood 5513 is the later release “Mine exculusively” coupled with “Secret Agents” The release pictured above 5513 must be a mistake, they used “We go together” plate instead of “Secret Agents” This means this mis-press is probably the first press of 5513, before it was corrected.
