This was recorded in Otis' hometown in Macon Georgia and came out in the USA on Trans World records. Recorded before he teamed up with the Stax crew and big Otis was nothing but a local talent and he tried hard to sound like Little Richard, who was his greatest inspiration, he once mentioned in an interview.
