Why would anyone want that? I wouldn’t give you four bob for it. It’s shite - it’s pushing it a bit to define it as northern soul, yet alone soul.

Hard record to find. Was a minor classic back in the day. The bidder sure meant business and won the prize.

Yep I know it was a big spin back in the day. As you say someone obviously wanted it pretty badly. 

Mm, something just struck me. I wonder if people collect vinyl for tv/film soundtracks and if they do what sort of prices/market is there?

Loads sold on popsike,never seen an issue but one sold for £41,so not that rare.....

Great record from the Casino great memories .  I think 1977. So many years ago so could be wrong.

Not sure about loads. compared to a well respected oldie that's always the in demand , but shite imho,  el Anthony, its dog rare!

yes one you don't see very often, have a soft spot for it since hearing it in the late 70s brought a demo on here many moons ago

was happy to pay £40 for it.....but for over $400 I would want the ramsey lewis style glasses lol

Totally agree, but why do people continue to slag off records that many feet have danced too, May not be the best record but it sure has a place in the history of Northen Soul love it or loathe it. but having said that a £300 price tag is pushing it.

I have only found one copy in the wild on over 70 trips to the USA - needless to say, I snapped it up. Big Tim champions the track and ever since he spun it at the 100 Club, I wanted a copy - took me over 20 years to end the quest. The record is much scarcer than most people think despite being on a well-known label.
