Yes Steve ... the heathens like to drink it through straws ... I blame their Grandmother

Well at least they're drinking tea and not fizzy pop.  My kids wouldn't touch tea when they were younger, although two of them drink it now.

I've seen those two skulking around Hamley's in the dead of night with a swag back and water pistols.  They sure look dangerous to me! 😉 I hope you didn't confront them.😂

Here's a seasonal souling Snowman dancing to The Ice Man.  Taken after the Beast from the East had visited Edinburgh.

Took this picture today ...

Didnt capture the moment that we’ll, but I think the framing and colours where just right ... could have been a lot better if there had been more time .

Sorry mate. For the thumbs down.  He's got to go. That was embarrassing

Biggest game of the season and they the players dont even turn up for the best fan's in the world.

Steve

Best fans in the world? Slagging the most successful manager EVER does not seem to go hand in hand.

2 deflected goals and a scouse fan referee does not mean catastrophe.

Keep the faith, and the special one will turn it around.

Sorry Ed since when has the not special one been the most successful manager ever.  Not fit to lace SAF boots.

I've watched United home and away since 1972 through ups and downs , highs and lows,  this man along with half his signings are not fit to wear the red shirt. If we get beat by a better team if we have played football then i like everyone else i can accept that but Getting beaten by the scum is not good enough when they the player's don't show any commitment.  Yes 2 deflected goals but they had 36 shots the most against United for God knows how many years, pathetic.

But I don't know what the answer is mate.

Steve

I think if United score 1 more goal in 6 fixtures the are 11 points above where they are now and 3rd in the table, 5 points behind City.

Fine margins they say. It could also have been many points less.

I think it's just a matter of time before Jose gets it right, but whether the fans have patience is another matter.

If my team survive and stay in the Championship, it will be celebration time all round. Winning games is more hope than expectation, and I can imagine that's a strange phenomenon for a lot of teams!

Stunning photographs Andy.

My youngest son Thomas has been doing Snowdon a lot recently.

Llanberris- summit- Llanberris 5 hours.

Grib coch route had to climb down when a storm blew in and managed to rescue a trapped American lady on the way down.

The joys of being 25 years old

Steve

Thanks Steve. Done most routes on Snowdon, Crib Goch being my favourite, Llanberis being my least😀 Hopefully be up there next week and on New Years Day. The joys of being nearly at the end of the 50's 👍

Going back tomorrow with some sunflower hearts and it should feed out of my hand.  Watch this space

Yes.  Once they get used to people.  Had one feed put of my hand a few years ago at Leighton moss RSPB reserve but it wouldn't take anything out of Lou, s hand or even land on it. She wasn't best pleased

Hey, mate!

I'm surprised by your nickname. Have you a Colnago bicycle?

Here's mine (this pick is from 1986!… tempus fugit!)

And here's another pick from around 1992 - 93 (a beautiful slot canyon in Guara Natural Park)

I've used up all of my likes - so I like that picture Tolbert. Is the sea trout fishing any good? A nice wild,  eating fish - I wont buy farmed rubbish for lots of reasons.

Thanks Pete.

I love seatrout fishing. It's very tough and hard sometimes, but I like wading in the sea (even in the wintertime) and the taste is superb.

My new pal Ace would love it down there on the beach - me too!

Fly or lure fishing Tolbert  ?  The seatrout have virtually disappeared from most UK rivers unfortunately

Steve

Both, depends on wind and waves. If there just a gentle breeze and the water is more clear I prefer the fly rod. If its rough and too windy for flys,  I take the lure rod. In denmark they really care about the seatrouts. Every money they get from fishing licenenes goes back into the seatrout programm. Here in Germany the Baltic Sea is also good for seatrouts, but you have to know the spots😉.

Golden Eye- Male.

First time I've managed a photograph of these birds. Don't get many on my local nature reserve

We get loads down here Steve ... watch out for when they start courting and do the display thing where they throw their head backwards ... they look just like a Rabbit. ( I posted a picture on here a few years back of one doing the Rabbit impression).

Thought I'd share this. This is one of my record boxes from when I was about 15. White, then sprayed black and I etched an illustration of the Casino on it with my school compass point!  I just found it in the attic!
