Popular Post Mal C Posted August 1, 2018 Popular Post Posted August 1, 2018 (edited) There is a thing Im always after in Photos, what I call dynamic perspective, I think makes the diference from a nice shot, into a fooking great shot, most times its about shapes, and how elements in your pictures live within the frame, that dog 'Chester' and the lake are doing it!! cool pic, might loook nice in B&W, and cropped a tad Steve... Ive been doing lots of canal walks this week and they are covered in a green carpet.. Edited August 1, 2018 by Mal C 10

Love the photo's btw ! He did... it was brilliant, I thought it was 'The Travel Programme' with Judith Charmers but he said she was ITV, and he wrote the theme to that as well... I love 'Lucifers Cage' but as there were so many Guitaristas on, they only only got three songs a piece... Edited August 6, 2018 by Mal C 3

Had a great week in the small village of Alpbach in the Austrian Alps back in July. A really beautiful place with some great scenery. A few from there First one is the Church and swimming lake at Reith, the second one is the view looking down on the towns of Munster, Kramsach, Brixlegg and the third is going into the abyss on the gondola 13

Popular Post Twoshoes Posted August 20, 2018 Popular Post Posted August 20, 2018 (edited) Quote Some photos from todays walk of the remains of Cheesden Lumb Mill built in 1786 in what is called locally the Forgotten Valley, looking through the window back down the valley I've just walked up, this is at the start the sides get steeper the further down you go, the valley travels for some miles and has the ruins of ten or so cotton mills along its length showing not all our industrial heritage is found in towns and cities, the area I live in for those bothered to get out in the hills and onto the moors is rich in industrial archaeology. The small waterfall falls into what was once the Waterwheel Pit which provided the power for the mill. Edited August 20, 2018 by Twoshoes added more info 14
