Today's selection is four fine cuts of crossover goodness, and a modern soul dance floor winner.

Super RARE!! From the fantastic Vincent stable comes this two sider of epic proportion. I've flicked between either side as my favourite over the years and can't settle. It's hard to believe that the soul outings from the label were restricted to just a few when the output is as good as this. Best thing to come out of Illinois!

 

NORWOOD LONG - I'D LIKE TO HAVE YOU
GROOVEY GROOVES, VG+, £330
Probably closer graded to ex but a couple of marks not affecting play are visible. Plays great, and what a sound! Instantly recognise able from into before Norwood's vocal take over.

SPLIT DECISION BAND - WATCHIN' OUT BAND
NETWORK, EX, £385......SOLD!!!
Modern monster! Absolute beast of a floor filler that's still got plenty of legs in my opinion.

MATT BROWN - THANK YOU BABY
JAR-VAL, VG, £370.......ON HOLD!!!
Has a bit of noticeable noise at the start that eases off after first 30 seconds turning into a nice solid player. Double this in mint condition, and a stalwart crossover anthem.

CHOICE COLOUR - YOUR LOVE
APT, VG+, £280
Rarely seen label variation likely to appeal to the collectors amongst you. Plus it's a stellar tune of course!
