Geeselad Posted November 29, 2017 Posted November 29, 2017 Just had the excello release of the rose Davis removed from 'ogs. For copyright infringement issues, why? I assumed that this was a legitimate release, or was it realsed to cash in on the Northern market?
Geeselad Posted November 29, 2017 Author Posted November 29, 2017 Come on geezers, someone must no the crack?
Tlscapital Posted November 30, 2017 Posted November 30, 2017 No it's an early 7T's version totally legit and not made for the center of the universe; England that is (LOL). Do you have a scan of the actual copy of yours that was withdrawn from Dis 'Ogs ?
Guest Posted November 30, 2017 Posted November 30, 2017 I have one!..............it`s a proper issue, don`t see why you had a problem with it.
Kegsy Posted November 30, 2017 Posted November 30, 2017 I posted this on a thread a few days ago with regard to discogs. Just had a message from Discogs saying Rouzan Sisters dance every dance has been removed from being saleable on the site. Any ideas why ? It looks like all three frisco releases are affected. Can't see why discogs think it's not a legit release.

DET Posted November 30, 2017 Posted November 30, 2017 My guess is this or more likely the flip "kiss tomorrow goodbye" was a follow up to Sitting here drinking" aimed at the US soul market not issued for the UK northern soul scene.See Sir Shamblings deep soul heaven for more on this. Therefore its unclear why the copyright infringement.Others involved in issuing material for the northern scene may know otherwise.
