dthedrug Posted November 1, 2017 Posted November 1, 2017 NICE ONE PETE,..As you can imagine I have many of the 45s, either as issue or demo, however I must say, some of the 45s are old WIGAN POP STOMPERS, and I would not want or go out my way for, Again I urge all those who don't know a tune to play them and educate yourself to what collecting UK is all about recommended is the classic little Jerry Williams CP double sider, your write up on "you ready now" however the white 2nd issue Demo looks good and just as rare. Well done Soul Brother, Keep on Keeping on PETE, PS nice REGGAE 45s some rare bits in there if you know what to look for, RESPECT 1
Pete S Posted November 1, 2017 Author Posted November 1, 2017 It's not all about Northern though Dave I just like to keep a momento of all the interesting British records that pass through my hands so there's all sorts on there 1
Geeselad Posted November 1, 2017 Posted November 1, 2017 Pete, thanks a great site indeed, but often heard it said that UK pressing are generally of better quality than us. I would you concur? 1

Guest son of stan Posted November 1, 2017 Posted November 1, 2017 Great blog / resource. Really like your commentaries too.
Derek Pearson Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 Whilst I'm not a collector of UK 45's per say - I gotta give credit where credit is due - your blogsite is pretty damn amazing. Stunning in fact. I can look at record scans all day long and your blogsite makes it far too easy for me to burn several hours off. Nice one. Dx 1
Pete S Posted November 27, 2017 Author Posted November 27, 2017 Cheers Derek - it is actually a sight for sore eyes - the sad thing is, some of those records were only with me for a day before being moved on
