Dearest Jo, I'm hurt that you didn't ask me AGAIN!!!!! For your info TIP TIP and TOE were: Samuel Green (tip), Ted Fraser (tap) and Ray Winfield (toe). Often danced on table tops and other small spaces (hmmmm they'd fit in well at Soulgate babe!!!) with Ray considered to be the innovator of the slidingstyle of tap, later copied by everyone.
