Soul in Rome? SEPT 20-24 Florence? 24-29 SEPT

Will be on vacation in Rome from 20-24 SEPT. Didn't see anything on the calendar, but thought people may have good suggestions for music (soul, R&B, funk, reggae) or record stores. 

Also will be in Florence 24-29 SEPT, but don't imagine there is much going on there (or maybe I'm wrong?).
