Dave Abbott Posted November 30, 2004 Posted November 30, 2004 (edited) I bought a record at the Dome. Half an hour later it was cracked. A few minutes after that while seeing how cracked it was. It snapped in two  This is the fella Edited November 30, 2004 by DaveAbbott
Dave Abbott Posted November 30, 2004 Author Posted November 30, 2004 I now that some people recommend sticking razor blades to the back of cracked records, which apparently works well and gives added strength. So this is what I did. I don't know how other people get on with this but it does raise the record somewhat off the decks and the record does list, to say the least, as it goes around. But if you have a decent enough deck and change the weight of the arm all is ok. Another 40 year old 45 saved BTW gonna sell it on now - cant be bothered changing my deck arm all the time so- LaBrenda Ben - Chaperone - Gordy - £50.00 VG- but fine for DJing! This it fixed
