Guest son of stan Posted June 29, 2017 Posted June 29, 2017 (edited) Looooooooong shot but I am trying to recall details of a record an old mate of mine found and put on a long lost tape for me, years ago... It was on an obscure US 7", 74-76-ish , instrumental, quite jazzy. The sort of leftfield sound Colin Curtis might have played. Only thing I can remember to identify it was it was either called, or subtitled, or on the other side of something called, 'A Tribute To Paul Robeson' (or something like that)! I'm not making this up, honestly! Does this ring any bells with anyone? Edited June 29, 2017 by son of stan
Sutty Posted June 30, 2017 Posted June 30, 2017 https://www.discogs.com/artist/2101017-Malone-amp-Barnes-And-Spontaneous-Simplicity the title track is a fusion instrumental subtitled 'tribute to Paul Robeson' but not aware of any 45? cheers Sutty
