Record Sleeves - Correct Year

I know this will have been asked in some form before , but is there a link , website or book that detailed what the correct sleeve would have been for the correct year release of 45 .. 

I know some labels never produced a stock cover or just released them in plain sleeves .... but I'm just trying to put together a few of my old original vinyl back in their true sleeves .. 

Is there a website or would I have to do this listing record by record ... I'm sure with the knowledge of those on here , someone will know 🙏
