Bruv
I was wondering please if the German copy of the Metros - Since I found my baby is a legit original and so can be played at an original only gig. 1 Link to comment Social source share
Chris L
It has the German music stamp on it so it's legitimate. 1 Link to comment Social source share
Bo Diddley
I have a copy of this and have always thought of it as an original 60's release. I think that there are a few 60's releases in Europe and not the UK. I'd have liked to have seen the Metro's on a UK 60's release! 2 Link to comment Social source share

Soul-slider
I have this German 'Superiors' 45, unfortunately I don't have a sleeve for it. Presuming there is a picture sleeve? Anyone able to supply a scan/photo? 1 Link to comment Social source share
Kelboy
If it's not classed as an original? then 3/4 of my collection isn't 😀 Link to comment Social source share

Dobber
isnt no baby the bside on all releases? Link to comment Social source share
Bo Diddley
As "No Baby" is written first and in bigger font on the picture sleeve, I've always assumed it was as the intended A side by the record company. Link to comment Social source share
Tlscapital
'no baby' is indeed the "plug side" on the promo USA RCA 45 single. Soft spot I always have for my WDJ RCA 45's... the German picture sleeve was a "regular" find years ago in Belgium due to play of 'since I find my baby' (pitched down) on the pop-corn scene. Personally I never like that picture sleeve poorly printed in black and white on cheap quality paper in comparison with the flashy blue LP cover !!! But it is an original issue and is collectable as valuable and playable out. 1 Link to comment Social source share
Chris L
Strange how this record came out on so many labels, someone at RCA must have really liked it ! Link to comment Social source share
