Soulsmith Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 By 1985 I'd already cut the string good & proper. I landed back in 1979 where luckily for me they still played with real instruments. Col. ps the vocal was sort of ok
Guest nubes Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QzJD3KHaVjY - home grown talent - what a year 1985 was.... Jo Wow, yeah,I remember seeing them for the first time live at a Jazz funk all dayer in Northampton around the same time with My sis Viki and our fellas, then bumping into Jayne, the female singer (I think that's her name) in Selfridges on Oxford st,and her asking my sis where she'd got her lace black pencil skirt from, to say Viki was thrilled was an understatement, I really like one of there first underground hits 'Choose Me, Don't Use me' a nice mellow bit of 80s Brit Soul.... Guest Lady Maverick Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 Nice one! Even though it's a 90s song, one of my other favorites from Loose Ends is DON'T BE A FOOL!
