Had 'Teeny Weeny Little Bit' come in the post today too, picked it up for 99cents, really underated one from the man, not really R&b as such so i won't put it up here.
Kev Connellan Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 'Teeny Weeny Little Bit' another of my faves by him. Class choon. also like his version of 'the record' also on atco. another to pick up is 'too bad'

Guest TONY ROUNCE Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 too late - neil sedaka - rca victor 11247 refosoul yes, you read right! neil sedaka.... have listen before you decide you hate it. ...well it's not R & B, not in a million years, but it's a record I like myself, as do I so many of Neil's hits, flips and flops. Those who also like it are directed towards Sedaka's "No Vacancy", on the flip of his first solo RCA single "The Diary" - a terrifcally tough rocker, with a blistering sax solo midway through from the late, great King Curtis... TONE
Mike Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 Right this aint funny, second time this, invade my privicy/computor,i wouldnt do it,so i dont expect it,if youve got something to say, fukcin say it,will ya`.......toss pot. if you're wondering why your clip aint playing its cause the abbrevated commas is f*cking things up so its playing a default track choosen by the player author instead

Guest Lady Maverick Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 I posted it about a year ago,it is on a RCA album,in the uk,for them that cant be bothered about waiting forever for a 45. Pomonkey Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 A bit fukcing mad but.............. i love it!"!!!!!!!!! It's on Fortune, not Forte Zu Zu is a cover version, plus the original is really easy to find if you know it!!
Guest MissHongkongfuey Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 Hiya Pomonkey. I've heard an instrumental of which a copy is owned By Kev C..... is that the one? The info i'm after is about Zu Zu Blues Band and not the track
pikeys dog Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 As I said earlier on this thread this is a great double sider for £10.....get it before it goes BIG You're fortunate if you can find one for a tenner - a solid £25 record. Watch out for the demo's - they are double-a siders.
pow wow mik Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 the original version of Zuzu is by Watts 103rd street band isn't it? I'm sure I heard somewhere (probably previous thread on here) that the Juju blues band was a Dr John project. Might be totally wrong. I bet it's a studio project by sessioners not a band though. It's not exactly archetypal rhythm & blues either.
Rbman Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 You're fortunate if you can find one for a tenner - a solid £25 record. Watch out for the demo's - they are double-a siders. I got mine from Rob Messer a few years back and have seen it a few times since....always less than £25......worth every penny of £25 though IMO
