Chris Turnbull Posted April 25, 2017 Posted April 25, 2017 Anyone know the story behind this one? There were loads of copies around Manchester in the early 90's, you could pick a minter up easily for £6 - £10. Assumed at the time it was quite common but did someone just find a box full? Don't seem to see it that often these days. Has it ever really been played? Stafford?
Eddiefoster Posted April 25, 2017 Posted April 25, 2017 Definitely played back in the mid 90s - a spin for Robbo (at Tony's Blackburn amongst others) Great tune 👍
Dobber Posted April 25, 2017 Posted April 25, 2017 its actually harry starr of another time another place on end. id have thought this was a 60 quid record tops!
Chalky Posted April 25, 2017 Posted April 25, 2017 I thought this had been around since the 70s and about in decent quantity, certainly was about in the 80s as I've had it on tape since then.
Geeselad Posted April 25, 2017 Posted April 25, 2017 don't I recall shades of soul doing an article on the suspected pressing of this??
